Paul Ingram : Secondary: Oxford University Press

Paul has had many years’ experience in teaching chemistry at secondary school, at all levels. As Head of Science at a comprehensive school outside Oxford, he championed classroom approaches which underlined the relevance of chemistry in everyday life, and fully engaged the students, while providing all they needed for exam success. For the past 25 years he had been an A Level chemistry examiner, reflecting both his love of chemistry and his continuing commitment to education.

Paul has worked closely with his co-author RoseMarie Gallagher to create Cambridge IGCSE & O Level Complete Chemistry. They have a unique author partnership, where they combine their skills in teaching and writing to provide students with excellent material.

Their aim: to create a high quality and accessible textbook with full coverage of the latest Cambridge IGCSE syllabus, which will help students to understand the subject, appreciate its importance, enjoy learning about it – and succeed in their exams.
