RoseMarie Gallagher
RoseMarie’s background is in chemistry, educational publishing, writing, and educational app design. Textbooks teach through the written word, so the writing style is hugely important. RoseMarie is passionate about presenting difficult concepts clearly, in simple direct language, while being meticulous about syllabus analysis and coverage. She has a special interest in ensuring that text is accessible to students with English as a second language.
RoseMarie has worked closely with her co-author Paul Ingram to create Cambridge IGCSE & O Level Complete Chemistry. They have a unique author partnership, where they combine their skills in teaching and writing to provide students with excellent material.
Their aim: to create a high quality and accessible textbook with full coverage of the latest Cambridge IGCSE syllabus, which will help students to understand the subject, appreciate its importance, enjoy learning about it – and succeed in their exams.
